Gurprit Hansra got his Real Estate Salesperson license in 1992 when he was living in the Bay area. He got his Real Estate Broker license in 2012. He realized that he had to depend on Loan Officers for his client’s needs. Ultimately, he got his NMLS endorsement, became loan officer and started originating loans. Now his clients don’t have to run from one professional to another to buy or sell their house. It is a one-step shop all the way from the Pre-Approval stage to when his clients get the keys of their Dream Home. He fulfils both his client’s Real Estate and loan needs. Gurprit moved from the Bay Area to Sacramento in 1993. The one thing that remains the same from the Bay Area to the Valley is that "home is where the heart is." Gurprit’s expertise is finding out what type of home your heart is yearning for, as it is different for each of us.
